These guys are great, first of all the bags are great on the boat. But today my bean bag flew out of the back of my truck which was 100% my fault. I normally weigh it down and clearly I forgot to do so. I now have two tears from my own mistake. I called to purchase a patch and they told me to just ship it to them and they’ll take care of it at no cost because it’s covered under the warranty. Fantastic! Thank you Ocean-Tamer team.
