Top notch customer service! Ordered a second bean bag, first one has held up beautifully, for a long trip. When I contacted company to check on status Frank Abruzzino reached out to ask if I needed it sooner than they had planned. I gave him a date I would like to have it by, he kept me in the loop and it came just as he had said it would on time. Getting harder to find businesses, small or large these days that go the extra mile. Again thank you for the customer service

We have had 2 bags for almost a year and use them every weekend. They still look like new and have held up better than expected. The company is quality. I emailed to see if they could expedite our order so we would have them for a Bahamas trip and they made it happen. And they did it with a smile! You don’t get that customer service anymore. Ocean Tamer delivered a top notch product while effectively communicating with me. I would recommend their bags to anyone and everyone! My wife and I are customers for life. Thank you!
